I had recently been through a terrible experience with a different realtor, and I was literally afraid to even think about buying a home again. Joan listened and was sympathetic and even angry at times when she heard my experiences. She had a very positive and calming effect on me. I sought her out when I was ready to look for a home again and Joan was with me every step of the way. What a wonderful, friendly, warm and knowledgeable person she is!
